Institute of Electrical Inspectors visit Simtars

On Thursday evening, 21 March 2019, the March meeting of the Institute of Electrical Inspectors was held at Simtars facilities at 2 Robert Smith Street, Redbank.

The visitors were given a tour of the testing facilities at Simtars associated with the testing and certification of explosion protected equipment for use in hazardous industrial environments.

Members of the Institute of Electrical Inspectors provide services for the inspection and sign off on industrial electrical installations including those installations where there is a risk of the equipment triggering an explosion due to the presence of explosive gases or dusts.
