Information for fuel price publishers and app developers
From midday on 3 December 2018, fuel retailers will be required to report fuel price changes as part of the Queensland Government fuel reporting trial.
The trial will enable Queensland motorists to compare fuel prices in their local area, find the cheapest price and save money at the bowser.
We welcome fuel price publishers, fuel reporting app owners and app developers to report fuel prices in innovative ways.
By having a variety of independent services publishing the latest fuel data, Queenslanders will have the power to choose where and how they access fuel price information.
This page explains how to access and use the aggregation system, which has been established under s. 4 of the Fair Trading (Fuel Price Reporting) Regulation 2018.
How to access and use the aggregation system
Publishers and data consumers can access technical information and sign-up to access fuel price data at www.fuelpricesqld.com.au.
