Use the form below to submit your water meter reading if you hold a metered entitlement for unsupplemented water.
- Your client reference number and meter reference number can be found in the information package recently sent to you.
- You can also find out how to read your meter.
- If you have multiple meters, please submit this form individually for each meter.
By submitting this form, you confirm you have inspected your meter and are not aware of any faults. If you have identified a fault with your meter, you will still be required to provide a reading. You can use the hard copy meter reading form.
If you identify a fault with your meter you must notify the department within 3 business days.
