Applicant details

If you are registered as a business you must provide your Australian Business Number (ABN) and GST status

Property details

Electricity account details

You must provide a copy of your electricity bill

If you use non-farm or irrigation tariffs, you must provide a copy of a statutory declaration to confirm that you use non-farm or irrigation tariffs to pump water for farm/irrigation purposes.

Bank account details

Provide details for the bank account you would like your rebate paid into.

Note: This must be same as the name/s or business name which appear/s on the electricity bill.

Declaration and agreement

I am the farmer of a property which is individually drought declared or within a drought declared area, and do not have water to pump or severely restricted access to water to pump.
